Most reprints start as a file problem
Artwork that stops at the trim line comes back with white slivers on the edge. Every job needs 0.125 inches of image past the cut.
RGB looks right on a screen and dull on paper. Files get converted and checked before they go to press, not after.
A logo pulled off a website is 72 dpi. Printed at 300, it is a smear. We will tell you before you pay for it.
